McGlory Scientific was founded in 1995.

Dr. McGlory had previously founded the New England Reagent Laboratory (NERL) in  1960.

NERL was acquired by Syborn Corp. in 1995.  It is now NERL Diagnostics and is a division of Fisher Scientific.
